Petroleum Day 2026 Conference

Organized in collaboration with the Estonian Stockpiling Agency (ESPA), the Estonian Transport Fuels Union, and the Ministry of Climate, the one-day conference "Petroleum Day 2026" will take place on May 6 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia Conference Centre, Tallinn Estonia. The event will bring together key stakeholders from the Estonian and Baltic fuel markets to address the critical challenges facing the industry today. ESPA is pleased to present a lineup of leading industry experts from both Estonia and abroad for our conference participants.

The global fuel crisis following the conflict in early 2026 has created a level of instability comparable to, if not exceeding, the 1973 energy crisis. As record-breaking prices and unprecedented fuel shortages affect nations worldwide, the Petroleum Day conference provides a platform to assess the international oil market and its impact on the terminal sector. Our agenda includes a deep dive into national energy security and crisis readiness. Additionally, we will analyze the evolution of the Estonian fuel market, focusing on the intersection of global developments, domestic vehicle fleet changes, and competitive dynamics.
