  Tonnage charges, waste fees, mooring charges, and fees for the use of the port’s auxiliary vessels are collected by the Estonian Stockpiling Agency. Pilotage dues are levied by the Estonian State Fleet and the fairway charge by the Estonian Transport Administration.

Port charges are established by AS Eesti Varude Keskus.

All persons operating in the port are notified of changes in fees on the port's website at least one month before the date of entry into force of the changes.
